The USCG issues regular updates of Certificates of Financial Responsibility statistics monitoring the number of "COFR's" issued and the guarantor backing those COFR's.

These charts provide an overview of the statistics and demonstrate SIGCo's position with respect to all COFR guaranties issued by the USCG.

Highlights include:

• SIGCo market share of guaranties supporting COFR's issued is in excess of 64%.
• SIGCo guaranties in excess of 220 million gross tonnes of vessels.
